At TRUST, we believe in the power of communities to shape their own futures. Operating across Eastern Uganda, our organization bridges the gap between environmental stewardship, food security, and youth empowerment. We combine grassroots action with sustainable innovations to uplift vulnerable populations, foster self-reliance, and create lasting, generational change.

What We Do

We drive grassroots transformation through a holistic set of initiatives:

Agroecology & Food Security: Promoting sustainable farming to boost household nutrition and incomes.
Environmental Restoration: Combating climate change through large-scale tree planting and soil conservation.
Youth & Women Empowerment: Equipping youth and women with vocational, agricultural, and entrepreneurial skills to launch profitable enterprises.
Charitable Support & Education: Providing vulnerable children and orphans with educational opportunities, mentorship, and nutrition.

Our 2030 Horizon

By the year 2030, TRUST aims to achieve transformative milestones across Eastern Uganda:

Reach 50,000+ people through sustainable development programs.
Train 10,000 farmers in climate-smart agricultural practices.
Plant and establish 1 million trees to restore degraded landscapes.
Support 5,000 vulnerable children and youth with education and mentorship.
Incubate 2,000 youth-led agribusinesses and small enterprises.
Improve food security in 100+ communities and build/rehabilitate 50 clean water and sanitation sources.
Establish five agricultural training and demonstration centers across the region.
